1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from KADO Japan you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products
All products sold on KADO Japan are authentic Japanese collectibles sourced directly from Japan — including items from Pokémon Center, Nintendo, Disney Japan, Sanrio, and other licensed retailers. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorised goods.
3. Pricing and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and may include local taxes where applicable. The final price is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, or that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or export restrictions.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Japan. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. KADO Japan is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of undamaged, unopened items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
7. Intellectual Property
All product images and trademarks belong to their respective brand holders — Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Disney Japan, Sanrio, Bandai, and others. KADO Japan operates as an authorised retailer and reseller; we make no claim of ownership over third-party IP. Website design, copy, and original assets are the property of KADO Japan.
8. Limitation of Liability
KADO Japan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
